The room, despite being on the smaller side, was very clean and equipped with a great TV and desk. I particularly appreciated the convenient laundry facilities that included automatic detergent. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a good variety of options, and I must say, the coffee was the best I’ve had in Japan! The staff were attentive and provided helpful service throughout my visit.

The room was nicely furnished and offered a shower, hairdryers and towels, so that guests had essentials. The breakfast was included. The comfortable location was near Rurikoji Temple. Set near a train station, which helped to explore Yamaguchi. The hotel provided good prices.

We loved how convenient this hotel was! The location was perfect - just a stone's throw away from the train station and bus stops. We also appreciated the free rental bicycles that allowed us to explore this city with ease. Cleanliness was also impressive, from the immaculately-kept rooms to the spotless hotel facilities. We had a delicious breakfast buffet that included both Japanese and western-style cuisine. The staff were a standout too, always eager to help and some even spoke English.

During my recent Christmas trip, I had a great hotel experience. the room was cozy, clean and comfortable, with beds so soft and comfy that I almost overslept. the hotel was conveniently located near train stations, making it easy to travel and explore the local area. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to assist. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered a location in the mountains with stunning views and being right beside the JR train lines was super convenient for traveling. the breakfast buffet was exceptional with a range of Japanese and Western options. the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing guests to leave their luggage with them if traveling elsewhere. the coin laundry facilities were also a great advantage for long stays.

The walls were thin and it was easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The size of the room was extremely small and cramped. , the check-in and check-out times were rigid, which made it stressful to plan my schedule around them.
